CC offers free/reduced rate and confidential medical care to enhance the well-being of  people living with HIV/AIDS.  The medical staff includes an infectious diseases specialist, a nurse practitioner, two registered nurses, and a medical office assistant.

• Referrals to other medical specialists
• Referrals for dental and vision care
• Financial assistance with medications
